Gardaí and emergency services are currently at the scene of a road traffic collision in County Roscommon.

The Roscommon Herald understands that the collision occurred earlier this morning, Saturday, on the Ballinlough to Castlerea road, close to the town of Castlerea.

Emergency services, including gardaí and ambulance personnel, are at the scene.
