Plans to convert a former pub in Ballaghaderreen into holiday letting and office space have been lodged with Roscommon County Council.
The applicant is seeking permission to refurbish Sheila’s on New Street, and change the use of the existing first floor residential accommodation to short-term holiday letting.
The plans also include changing the use of the front part of the ground floor to office use and the rear part to residential accommodation, providing a one-bedroom apartment.
County planners are due to make a decision on the development by June 22nd.
