Investigations ongoing into road collision

Nine people were brought to hospital with non life-threatening injuries following a road collision involving a bus in the county.
Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of a single-vehicle road traffic collision involving a bus that occurred on a local road at Derreenine near Boyle, on Saturday.
The incident occurred at approximately 7am.
“Nine individuals were brought to Sligo University Hospital to be treated for injuries believed to be non life-threatening,” Gardaí said. “Investigations are ongoing.”
