Man arrested following burglary at County Roscommon business

It is understood that a substantial amount of damage was caused during the burglary at a phone shop on Main Street in Castlerea.
Gardaí have confirmed that they received a report of a burglary at a commercial premises on Main Street, Castlerea at approximately 3.30 a.m. this morning, Friday, April 11th.
They arrested a male, aged in his 40s, at the scene.
He is currently being detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at a Garda Station in the Mayo/Roscommon/Leitrim Division.
