"Rian represented all that is good in today's young people"

Tributes have been pouring in for the young man who was killed in a road traffic accident on Wednesday night at Newtown near Ballymurray, County Roscommon.
The tragic death of Rian Sheridan, Cluainluáin, Renvyle, Co Galway is being widely mourned.
Rian had made a life for himself in Roscommon, and was known for his love of dairy farming, football and music. He played his football with Kilbride GAA club.
Tributes have been pouring in since his tragic death with many extending their condolences online.
"No words can restore your world to how it was: a world of smiles, good humour, talent, kindness, and much much more. Rian represented all that is good in today's young people. One so young, taken far, far too soon," said one of many sympathisers.
Rian was also described as "an absolute gentleman of a young man" and a fine musician.
He was the only beloved son of Finian and Maria Sheridan, and much loved and adored brother of Ciara, Doireann and Aebhín and brother-in-law Christopher Casey, his nephews Fionn and Shay Casey, and his loving girlfriend Áine Griffin.
Rian will be sadly missed by his grandparents Sean and May O'Toole and his grandmother Doreen Sheridan Dolly, along with his aunts and uncles, cousins, the Griffin family and his many friends around the whole of Ireland that he made through his love of dairy farming, music, football and studies in UCD.
Funeral details: Reposing in Christ the King Church, Tullycross (H91D285) on Easter Sunday evening March 31st from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m.. Requiem Mass on Monday April 1st at 12 noon followed by burial in Renvyle Cemetery.
