Clann na nGael GAA club is planning a major development at its grounds in Johnstown.
The South Roscommon club has lodged a planning application with the council, seeking permission to construct a new building to facilitate new dressing rooms, a gymnasium, ancillary offices and a spectator area.
The proposals also include the relocation of an existing pitch floodlight.
County planners are due to make a decision on the development by June 18th.
