Roscommon singer to perform at this year’s Electric Picnic

Ballintubber singer-songwriter ARLENE will perform at Ireland’s most iconic music festival, Electric Picnic.

Ballintubber singer/songwriter Arlene Feeley, who goes by the name ARLENE, takes her biggest step yet when she performs at Ireland’s most iconic music festival, Electric Picnic.

From headlining shows at Dublin’s Whelan’s to appearing on Virgin Media’s television series The Secret Headliner alongside Cian Ducrot, and even fronting Guinness’ nationwide social media campaign, 26-year-old ARLENE of Kenny’s Bar & Lounge, Ballintubber, has been carving out a strong presence on the Irish music scene.

Fans can catch ARLENE live on the Artlot Stage at Electric Picnic on Sunday, August 31st at 3 p.m.

Her latest single Racing Minds was recently named “Track of the Week” by SPIN SW presenter Katie Sheehan, adding to her growing list of achievements.

ARLENE first gained national and international recognition with her breakout single Send Me Any Sign, which landed her in BBC Radio Introducing’s “Top 5 Artists of the Week.” The follow-up, Somebody Else, further cemented her rise, earning her “Artist of the Month” across several Irish stations including Cork’s 96FM, Q102, LMFM, and Limerick’s Live 95.

After taking time to refine her craft, ARLENE returned in 2024 with Longshot — a bold new release already receiving radio support in both the UK and Canada.
