Ballymore chairperson, CEO and founder Sean Mulryan has been awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Business Post newspaper, celebrating a five decade career in property development.

The Oran native received the award at a ceremony in Dublin on Thursday night, recognising both his and Ballymore’s pivotal role in shaping neighbourhoods across Ireland and beyond.

The presentation highlighted his work in transforming landmark sites in London, including Embassy Gardens,  London City Island and the relocation of the English National Ballet to the Mulryan Centre for Dance, a central anchor in this cultural riverside destination.

Reflecting on the accolade, Mr Mulryan said: "I’m deeply grateful to be recognised, not just for the work we’ve done here in Ireland, but across the markets where Ballymore operates.

"This award is a reminder of what a great team can achieve, and I’m excited for the future as we continue to create homes, workspaces, and places that people love across Ireland and beyond."
