A stretch of road in County Roscommon has been closed this morning following an 'incident'.
Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) has alerted motorists to the closure of the M6/N6 between Junction 13 Athlone and Junction 14 Ballinasloe in South Roscommon.
Motorists are advised that the road has been closed in both directions and diversions are in place.
