Three people have been injured in a two vehicle road traffic collision in County Roscommon.
Gardaí and emergency services are this evening, Sunday, July 28th, at the scene of the two vehicle road traffic collision on the N61 at the Hill of Berries, Kiltoom.
The collision, on the main Roscommon Town to Athlone Road, close to Athlone, involved two cars and occurred at approximately 8:15 p.m.
Gardai say that three people have been taken to hospital to be treated for injuries "believed to be non-life threatening".
The road is currently closed, and diversions are in operation, but is expected to reopen shortly.
