Works at Lough Key to cause closure of some attractions tomorrow
Works are being carried out by the ESB.
A number of attractions at Lough Key Forest Park will be closed tomorrow, Thursday, June 4th due to works being carried out.
In a notice it was stated, "Due to short-notice works being carried out by the ESB, which will affect our power supply, the following facilities will be closed on Thursday 4th June: Visitor Centre; Lakeside Café; Boda Borg; Adventure Play Kingdom; Rockingham Remembered Tour.
"We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Unfortunately, these works are outside of our control, and we are unable to operate safely without power during this time. We appreciate your understanding. Thank you for your patience and support."
