Former Roscommon footballer celebrates wedding

Former Roscommon footballer Claire Grehan recently celebrated her wedding to Darren Maeliff.

Claire's recent marriage to Darren is undoubtedly her biggest personal highlight off the pitch where she enjoyed a successful county and club career.

She was part of the Roscommon ladies team that won the All-Ireland Junior championship in 2001.

The St. Brigid’s player also won an All-Ireland club intermediate championship in 2004, and played a key role in her club's journey to a first senior county final appearance since 2014.

St. Brigid's congratulated the newly-wed couple on Facebook, wishing them "all the best celebrating their wedding" and a "long, healthy and happy married life together".
