Mark Dowd's senior football management team has been confirmed by Roscommon GAA at a county board meeting on Thursday evening.
Alongside Iain Daly (Michael Glaveys) and John Rogers (Strokestown), the management will include former Dublin senior footballer, Jason Sherlock.
Sherlock, who was a key part of the Dubs’ All-Ireland success in 1995, was an integral part of Jim Gavin’s management set-up as Dublin secured a record-breaking five All-Ireland titles in a row.
He subsequently joined Dessie Dolan’s Westmeath management in 2023 as a performance coach.
Former Kilkenny hurling strength and conditioning coach, Mickey Comerford, is also part of the management team.
Dowd's first competitive game as Roscommon manager will be a FBD League game against Leitrim in on the weekend of January 3rd/4th
