Roscommon senior football manager, Davy Burke, has picked his team for Friday evening’s FBD Insurance Connacht senior football final against Galway at the University of Galway Connacht GAA Air Dome (throw-in is at 7.30 p.m.).

There are six changes to the team that started against London in the semi-final, with Patrick Gavin, Caelim Keogh, Evan Flynn, Keith Doyle, Adam McDermott and Cathal Heneghan coming into the starting 15.

It will be the first start of the season for Gavin, Doyle and McDermott. Keogh, Flynn and Heneghan featured from the start against Sligo in the recent FBD quarter-final.

Once again, Diarmuid Murtagh captains the team from centre-forward.

Roscommon have plenty of big names on the bench, such as Niall Daly, Enda Smith, Donie Smith, David Murray, Daire Cregg and Andrew Glennon.

The Rossies will be appearing in their tenth FBD final in a row. They won the Paddy Francis Dwyer Cup in 2015, 2018 and 2019.
