Strokestown could be missing two key players for their All-Ireland intermediate semi-final against Glenullin.

Goalkeeper Niall Curley and defender Seán Mullooly are abroad for Christmas, and it remains to be seen if they’re part of Pearse McGinley’s line-up for Saturday week’s last four clash against the Derry and Ulster champions in Ballyshannon.

“We have two lads (Niall Curley and Seán Mullooly) out of the country at the moment. Trying to see if they can get back is problematic. Both of them are so crucial to the team.

“At this time of the year, you are always running into injuries and different things, so it’s not straightforward,” Strokestown Chairperson Damien Donlon told the Roscommon Herald.
