Costello in pole position for success at Triple A Series World Final in Spain

County Roscommon golfer, Olivia Costello, has catapulted herself into pole position to win the Triple A Series World Final 2025 for U-21 girls in Spain.
Costello shot a wonderful 8 under par round of 64 to lead by seven shots on 6 under heading into Friday’s final round.
The talented Roscommon Golf Club player endured a disastrous start to her opening round on Wednesday, trailing the field on 6 over after just seven holes.
But she found her groove to repair some of that early damage with four birdies to shoot a 2 over par 74.
Then, on Thursday, she carded eight more birdies to leave herself in a strong position with one round remaining, meaning she has bagged 12 birdies in her last 29 holes.
Roscommon Golf Club has wished Olivia every success on Friday, hoping that she “can finish the job” to add another title to her burgeoning career.
