An Muileann Gaoithe Céilí Band to play at Coleman Music Centre

Roscommon’s An Muileann Gaoithe Céilí Band will be live at the Coleman Music Centre, Gurteen on Saturday, January 18th at 8 p.m.

An Muileann Gaoithe Céilí Band won the County Roscommon Fleadh Ceoil in 2024 and went on to represent Roscommon at the Connaught Fleadh Ceoil.

The band play a lively, vibrant set comprising of well-known traditional tunes together with new compositions.

On fiddles are Irene Guckian, Maria Keane, and Ronan Regan; on flutes are Aidan Shannon, Fiachra Guihen, and Emily Keane; on accordion, Rachel Keane; concertina, Jacinta Ni Chonghaile and on piano John Dwyer and they are kept together by the lively beat of Martin Murphy on the drums.
