Hospital overcrowding: Over 100 people on trolleys in UHL

472 patients are waiting for beds in hospitals across the country, according to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation (INMO) trolley watch.
311 patients are waiting in the emergency department, while 161 are in wards elsewhere in hospitals.
The hospital with the highest number of patients without a bed is University Hospital Limerick, with 105 people on trolleys.
40 people are in the emergency department, with 65 patients elsewhere in the hospital.
At Cork University Hospital, there are 57 people without a bed, with 43 patients in the emergency department.
35 people are without a bed in University Hospital Galway, with 22 patients in the emergency department.
