Man (30s) arrested in relation to fatal Dublin shooting

A man in his 30s has been arrested as part of the investigation into the fatal shooting of a man in Dún Laoghaire in Dublin.
The suspect is being questioned under the Offences against the State Act after the shooting in the Patrician Park area of Kill Avenue yesterday.
The victim, a 39-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene, and gardaí are continuing to appeal for witnesses.
The incident is believed to be an incident of suspected intimidation or a punishment attack gone wrong.
