There was an excellent display of rugby once again from the junior girls vs Carrick CS in a great win 29-5. Tries from Adriana Berzanska, Dearbhla McDonald, Grace McCawley and Julianne Moore with three of those converted by Julianne proved to be a great day of rugby. Well done girls. Mr Martin and Ms Farrell are delighted with the performance and progress made.
A huge well done to all the students, staff and families for once again getting involved in the Team Hope Christmas Shoebox Appeal. Because of you and your efforts Children in war torn and famine stricken countries are going to get a present this Christmas! Thank You.
Students got a chance to participate in drumming workshop last week with Slí na Croí - Malinké music of upper Guinea. Thanks to Boyle Family Resource Centre for supporting and funding this event.

Junior Camogie
Last Wednesday, the junior camogie team played Colàiste Chroí Mhuire gan Smal from An Spidéal. It was a tough battle between the two teams. Final score An Spidèal 5-3 ACC 3-5.
ACC went down to a strong Summerhill College 6-3 during the week. Abbey starred well going ahead through an Aaron Healy free, and again taking a 3-2 lead in second half with goals from Alex Oates and Brìon O'Dowd. However, the huge effort took its toll and they conceded three late goals to lose 6-3. All of the lads gave their all, but with injuries and tired legs, they couldn't overcome group winners Summerhill.
