Eabhan (9) represents Ireland in Barcelona
Nine-year-old Eabhan Burke is given a guard of honour by his team mates at Castlerea Celtic and members of Lough Harps.
Nine-year-old Eabhan Burke, who plays U-11s for Castlerea Celtic, proudly represented Ireland at an U-12 youth tournament in Barcelona, where he and his teammates enjoyed a highly successful campaign.

Eabhan made his mark on the international stage by scoring two goals during the competition, finding the net against both Scotland and England. His team went on to become Plate winners in the Nations Cup, capping off an impressive week of football.
The matches were played at the historic Gimnàstic de Tarragona stadium, a former La Liga venue with a capacity of 14,500 spectators, providing a memorable setting for the young players.
Last weekend Eabhan received a warm welcome home from Castlerea Celtic before their U-11 match against Lough Harps.
In a special moment, he was given a guard of honour by his team mates and opponents Lough Harps ahead of their match. Eabhan rounded off a remarkable week by scoring a goal in the game, putting the finishing touch on an unforgettable experience.
