Fantastic Roscommon fundraiser for Pieta House
Boyle Darkness into Light has wished Adam and Barry the best of luck.
Boyle Darkness into Light has wished Adam Simon and Barry Potter the best of luck as they take on an unbelievable 160km / 100 mile charity run tomorrow. Almost €8,000 has already been raised by the pair, exceeding the initial target of €5,000.
Starting and finishing in Lough Key Park, it will be an incredible physical and mental challenge but all for a good cause, to raise vital funds for Pieta, a charity providing free, lifesaving support to people in suicidal distress and those struggling with their mental health.
“From Ballinafad to Carrick, Frenchpark to Boyle and everywhere in between; if you see them on the road, give them a beep, a cheer, or even join them for a few kilometres,” Boyle Darkness into Light said. “If you can, please consider donating or sharing their fundraiser. Every euro makes a difference. Fair play lads; we’re all behind you.”
