Plans to convert a former pub in Ballaghaderreen into holiday letting and office space have been given the go ahead by Roscommon County Council.
The applicant, BG Networking Limited, had been seeking planning permission to refurbish Sheila’s on New Street and change the use of the existing first floor residential accommodation to short-term holiday letting.
The approved plans also include changing the use of the front part of the ground floor to office use and the rear part to residential accommodation, providing a one-bedroom apartment.
