Roscommon GAA club thanks volunteers for clean-up operation after roof stand blown off

club has extended its thanks to all the volunteers involved in a clean-up operation after the roof of the club’s spectator stand was completely blown off during Storm Éowyn.The whole roof of the stand at the club grounds outside Ballinough in North Roscommon was torn off at the height of the storm.
In a social media message, the club said: “Thanks to all who came down to the club grounds this morning to help with clearing away debris & the roof sheeting and making our grounds safe for use.”
