Roscommon hairdresser wins major beauty award
Leanne Connolly from Roscommon Town and manager of Peter Mark, Terryland, Galway took home the title for Best Hair Colourist at the IMAGE Business of Beauty Awards.
A Roscommon hairdresser has won a prestigious IMAGE Business of Beauty award.
Leanne Connolly from Roscommon Town and manager of Peter Mark, Terryland, Galway took home the title for Best Hair Colourist at a gala ceremony held on Sunday.
The IMAGE Business of Beauty Awards brought together the best of Ireland’s hair and beauty talent for an unforgettable celebration.
Leanne is from originally from St Patrick's Terrace, Antogher Road, Roscommon Town, and began her hairdressing career in 2015 when she attended college in GTI Galway for one year. In 2016 she joined Peter Mark and served her apprenticeship with the company. She then went on to she set up the Peter Mark training school in Limerick and remained there as teacher for a number of years.
She is now manager of the Terryland branch of Peter Mark, and is known for dedication to her profession while also passing on her knowledge to all young apprenticeship.
