Locals in Carrick-on-Shannon were confused this week to see works being carried out on the newly opened bus-stop in the county town, which is situated opposite Cryan's Hotel.
A spokesperson for Leitrim County Council confirmed to the Roscommon Herald that minor snagging work is being carried out by the contractor on the pavement surface at the bus shelter.
It is expected that the works will be completed today, Wednesday.
