Enda Smith ruled out of Monaghan game through injury

Enda Smith has been ruled out of Roscommon's big championship game against Monaghan this weekend.

It is understood that the Boyle All-Star picked up an abdominal strain in training, and will miss the Rossies' trip to Clones on Saturday.

But Roscommon are hopeful that the injury won't keep him on the treatment table long-term, and he may be available to play some part the following weekend if the Rossies manage to overcome Saturday's huge test against Gabriel Bannigan's charges.
