Brian Hanley has made four changes to the Roscommon hurling team that will face Derry this Sunday.

After a disappointing 3-20 to 0-19 defeat to Donegal last time out, which cost Roscommon promotion to Division Two, Hanley has called upon Ethan Connaughton, Brian Mannion and the Donnelly brothers – Adam and Jack – from the outset.

Meanwhile, Eamon Mulry, Conor Morris, Cian Bowes and Seán Canning have been named on the bench after starting against Donegal.

Captain Conor Mulry is set to start at corner forward while vice captain Tommy Morris has been named to start at midfield.

Enda Lawless retains his place in goal while Micheál Hussey drops back to corner back and lines out alongside James Dillon and Jack Dowling.

Keelan Ryan and Darragh Finn retain their place while Adam Donnelly, who played in defence and attack this spring, has been selected at centre back. Tommy Morris and Ethan Connaughton, who are both set to make their championship debuts make up a new midfield pairing while Mannion, Cian Murray and Ronan Finn are selected in the half forward line.

Jack Donnelly is named at full forward with Conor Mulry and Paddy Fallon selected to start either side of him.

Roscommon will face Derry this Sunday at 3 p.m. in Find Insurance Celtic Park.
