Roscommon senior football manager, Davy Burke, has revealed that he expects most of his walking wounded to be back in action within a month.
The Rossies beat Monaghan by five points on Sunday afternoon to take the outright lead of Division Two, despite missing Enda Smith, Daire Cregg, Colm Neary and Shane Killoran from the team that started against Louth last time out.
Eddie Nolan wasn't fit to start at midfield but was introduced in the second half, while Roscommon also lost captain Brian Stack and Ronan Daly to injuries during the game.
Burke added that Pádraig Pearses duo, Niall Daly and David Murray, were also on the treatment table, but that he expected the players to be integrated back into action over the upcoming games against Meath, Cork and Cavan.
"It's nothing long-term. They’ll all be returning on a week-to-week basis. All of them will be back before Cavan (on St. Patrick's weekend)", he said.
