County Roscommon school lodges plans for new classroom

Planning permission to construct new a classroom building.

Plans for a new classroom at Granlahan National School have been lodged with Roscommon County Council.

The school’s board of management is seeking planning permission to construct a new classroom building.

The proposals also include an enclosed soft play area, one accessible car parking space, a storm attenuation system and all associated site works.

County planners are due to make a decision on the development, which is at pre-validation stage, by January 27th.
