Former Roscommon player gets engaged Down Under

Former Roscommon county player and current Aussie footballer Joanne Cregg has recently celebrated her engagement.
In a social media message, her club Fremantle Dockers wished the happy couple well on their engagement: “UNREAL news for our very own Jo Cregg congrats to you + Seb, on your engagement!”.
Before being recruited by the AFL club, the Michael Glavey’s player initially moved to Perth in early 2022 to further her career, and is a paediatric doctor working at Perth Children’s Hospital.
Joanne’s father Brendan is the current president of Connacht LGFA.
