GAA club stalwart and wife celebrate special wedding anniversary

Michael Glavey’s club president Frank Neenan and his wife Chris celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary recently.
A large crowd, including family, friends and neighbours, attended a party for the couple in Campbell’s Lounge, Ballinlough.
Many Michael Glavey’s club members were also present on the night to celebrate Frank and Chris' special wedding anniversary.
Club chairperson Tommy Keane spoke on behalf of the club and Kathleen Heneghan presented the happy couple with a small gesture from Michael Glavey’s GAA, LGFA & Rounders Club.
In May, the club also celebrated a very special birthday with Frank, who turned 90 years of age.
