Man due in court in connection with County Roscommon drugs seizure
The man was arrested by Gardaí on Wednesday evening.
A man in his 40s, arrested on Wednesday evening in connection with the seizure of €33,000 worth of illegal drugs in Strokestown, is due to appear in court this morning.
Shortly after 8.30 p.m. on Wednesday, Garda members attached to the Divisional Drugs Unit were on patrol when they stopped a vehicle on Main Street, Strokestown. Following the seizure of drugs the man was arrested and has now been charged.
He is scheduled to appear before Castlerea District Court this morning, Friday, March 21st March at 11.30 a.m..
