Gardaí have confirmed that a house fire occurred in Strokestown on Wednesday evening.
Gardaí have confirmed that no one was injured in a County Roscommon house fire that broke out on Wednesday night.
In a statement to the , a Garda spokesperson confirmed that Gardaí received reports of a house fire in Strokestown at approximately 11.15 p.m. on Wednesday, December 10th.
"The fire was extinguished by the local fire service.
"No injuries were reported," said the statement.
It is understood that foul play is not suspected at this time.
