A pedestrian was taken to hospital following a road traffic collision in County Roscommon on Friday morning.
Gardaí and emergency services attended at the scene of the collision involving a car and a pedestrian on the N60, Roscommon to Ballymoe road, at Clooneenbaun, Roscommon shortly before 12 noon on Friday (January 26th).
The pedestrian, a young man aged 19 years, was taken to Tullamore Hospital for medical assessment, Gardaí told the Roscommon Herald.
