A defibrillator has been presented to a Strokestown primary school by contractors on the N5 Ballaghaderreen to Scramogue Road Project.

St. Mary’s Primary School, Strokestown has thanked Wills Bros for the Zoll AED defibrillator.

The Junior Infant class of 2024 includes Anna Fallon from Clooncagh who has complex congenital heart disease. In late August the Irish Heart Foundation provided certified defibrillator training for the whole staff at the school.
