The search for a missing young Sligo man has been stood down this evening following the discovery of a body.
Kian Gillespie (22) from Ballinode, Sligo had been missing since Wednesday.
Gardaí said this evening: "Following the discovery of a body, the missing person appeal in respect of Kian Gillespie, who was reported missing from Ballinode, Sligo has been stood down. Gardaí would like to thank the media for their assistance."
