Suspected cocaine seized by Roscommon Gardaí
Alleged cocaine seized by Gardaí in the county last Friday.
Roscommon Gardaí have seized a significant quantity of suspected cocaine.
Last Friday, members of the divisional drugs unit stopped a car near Strokestown.
During a search of the vehicle they discovered cocaine with a value of €2,200 and a scales, Gardaí said.
The two male occupants of the car were arrested and subsequently charged with ‘Posession of a controlled drug for unlawful sale or supply’.
They will appear before Strokestown District Court at a later date.
