Met Éireann has issued a thunderstorm warning for County Roscommon.
The warning comes into effect from 3 p.m. this afternoon, Thursday and will be in effect until Friday evening at 6 p.m..
The national weather forecaster is warning of thunderstorms developing today, overnight, and into Friday with the risk of torrential downpours and localised flooding.
The same weather warning also applies to the rest of Connacht and Donegal.
