RTE personality and journalist Miriam O'Callaghan visited Ballaghaderreen Arts Festival at the weekend where she said she was treated like 'royalty'.
The well-known presenter sat down to speak about her memoir entitled 'Miriam: Life, Work, Everything'. She recalled how the concept for the book was originally mooted 20 years ago and how it subsequently came to be written.
She writes with candour about the overlap between career, family and identity. Moving well beyond a straight media memoir, the book explores public life, private grief and personal resilience, making it an engaging choice for readers interested in broadcasting, motherhood and modern Irish life.
