Details of the match between Roscommon and New York in the Connacht Senior Championship 2026 have been announced.
The Roscommon team and it entourage will travel to the Big Apple where they will take on the home side in Gaelic Park on Sunday, April 12th with a throw-in time of 3 p.m. (8 p.m. Irish time)
It has been ten years since Roscommon last played in Gaelic Park, having missed out in 2021 due to Covid, and narrowly beating the New York side in 2016.
Whether this is the last time the team and its supporters travel to America is up for debate as the concept of counties going to New York for the opening round of the Connacht championship is up for review by Connacht Council after next year's trip.
