King and Moffatt Dr. Hyde Park is set to host its third big game in eight days, ensuring another economic boost for businesses in Roscommon Town.

It has been confirmed that the All-Ireland minor football championship quarter-final between Leinster champions, Offaly, and Mayo will be played at the home of Roscommon GAA on Sunday, June 8th, at 2 p.m..

Offaly are expected to bring a large following to the game on the back of winning their first Leinster minor football title since 1989 following their dramatic victory against Louth in the provincial decider.

The game will come on the back of two big matches in the Hyde this weekend.

Firstly, on Saturday evening, the Roscommon senior footballers play Meath in the All-Ireland SFC at 6 p.m., which will be followed by the Tailteann Cup meeting between Kildare and Sligo on Sunday at 2 p.m..

Meanwhile, it has also been confirmed that Roscommon will meet Louth in their All-Ireland minor football quarter-final on Saturday week, June 7th, at Kingspan Breffni, Cavan, at 7 p.m..

Shane Moran's charges were crowned Connacht champions for the first time in five years following their dramatic 2-14 to 1-15 victory against Mayo in Hastings Insurance MacHale Park a few weeks ago.
