Roscommon U-20 football captain and vice-captains unveiled

The Roscommon U-20 football captain and vice-captains for 2026 have been unveiled.
Speaking to the ahead of the start of this year’s provincial campaign, Roscommon U-20 manager Cian Smith confirmed that Eoghan Carthy (Roscommon Gaels) will be captain, while Niall Heneghan (Michael Glaveys) and Keelan Kelly (Pádraig Pearses) will be vice-captains.
Carthy is no stranger to the captaincy role, having led Roscommon CBS to last year’s All-Ireland Colleges’ B football championship crown.
Roscommon will open their Connacht championship campaign against Galway in Tuam Stadium on Wednesday next, March 18th, at 5.15 p.m. before hosting Sligo a week later.
Sam Hannon and Cathal Enright will miss the Galway game through injury.
