Roscommon v Down game to be broadcast live on TV

Roscommon’s opening league game against Down at King & Moffatt Hyde Park tomorrow, Sunday, will now be broadcast live on TG4, it has emerged.
The National Football League Division 2 encounter was not due to be a televised fixture but TG4 was forced to change its schedule following the postponement of the Division 1 clash between Kerry and Donegal game in Killarney.
That game was called off as weather conditions are preventing Donegal from making the long trek south to Fitzgerald Stadium.
The Roscommon game will throw in at 2 p.m..
