Enda Lawless (far right) has been named on the GAA.ie Team of the Week following a strong showing against Tyrone.

Roscommon goalkeeper Enda Lawless has been named on the GAA.ie Hurling Team of the Week.

The experienced shotstopper produced three crucial saves in Roscommon’s hard fought 1-16 to 0-19 draw at home to Tyrone.

Lawless becomes the second Roscommon hurler to be named on the GAA.ie Hurling Team of the Week after Darragh Finn was included following the Rossies’ win over Armagh.

He has been included alongside some household names including All Ireland winners Cathal O’Neill (Limerick) and Cathal Mannion (Galway).
