10 house development in County Roscommon gets go-ahead

Plans for a new 10 home residential development in Monksland have been given the green light by Roscommon County Council.

The development will comprise a mix of detached, semi-detached and terraced homes. 

The scheme includes two single-storey two-bedroom detached houses; four two-storey three-bedroom semi-detached houses and a terrace block containing four two-storey, three-bedroom dwellings.

The development will also include associated site works such as footpaths, an access road linking to the existing estate to the west, car parking, landscaping, boundary treatments, public lighting and utility services.
